What is CBD?
CBD, or cannabidiol, is the second most common active cannabinoid in cannabis next to THC. CBD is found in regular cannabis plants, but is more often derived from a hemp plant itself containing little to no THC, meaning you will not get the psychoactive affect, or a “high”. CBD is often used for pain relief, anxiety, epilepsy, insomnia, depression, and in some cases can help with some of the symptoms of cancer. It is not said or proven to cure any disease but will offer relief of some symptoms.
What is Delta 8/10?
Delta 8/10 are both other cannabinoids derived out of a hemp plant, though from the same plant, they do not carry the same affect. Delta 8, on one hand is a more indica derived cannabinoid, meaning it will provide a more calming and relaxing feel when consumed. On the other hand, delta 10 is the opposite. Delta 10 is more sativa derived cannabinoid, meaning you will feel more energized and uplifted when it is consumed.
What is THC-A?
THC-A is a precursor to Delta 9 THC. When heated, THC-A turns into the same compound as Delta 9 THC, giving it the psychoactive effect. Without heating, THC-A does not have any effects. But when heated, because it turns to Delta 9, it has the same strength and effect of regular THC we all know!
